1xBet Cannot Log In
Locked out? Run the 60-second check, see what our server gets from 1xBet right now, and fix your login by symptom.
1xBet Cannot Log In: The Quick Answer
If 1xbet cant login for you, first find out whether the site, your connection or the account is the problem. Most lockouts are a mistyped ID, a reset email that did not arrive, or a page that is not answering.
Checked 06 Oct 2026. The status panel further down shows what our server receives from 1xBet right now.

A 60-Second Check: Site, Network, Browser or Account?
A 1xBet login problem usually comes down to one of four things. Work through them in order and stop when the page loads.
- 1
Is it the site?
Scroll to the status panel on this page. If it shows a block page or a challenge page, the problem is on the website side, and no password change will fix it.
- 2
Is it your network?
Open any other website on the same connection. If it is slow or empty, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or restart the router, then try again.
- 3
Is it the browser?
Open a private window, or another browser. If login works there, clear the cache and cookies of the first one and switch off extensions that block scripts.
- 4
Is it the account?
If the page loads but the login is refused, the ID, the password, the code or the account status is the problem. Jump to the symptom list below.
Messages You May See When Logging In
A short overview from the point of view of getting back in. The full explanation of each code and page is in our error codes guide.
Wrong password or ID
The details do not match. Re-type them, check which login type you used, and reset the password if needed.
Account blocked or restricted
Too many failed attempts, or a security or verification hold. Waiting and retrying rarely helps, so ask live chat what is needed.
Verification code not arriving
The email or text is delayed, filtered or sent to an old address or number. See the symptom list for what to try.
Security check page
A "Just a moment" style page is an automatic browser check. Let it finish, and do not reload it repeatedly.
HTTP 403
The server understood the request but refuses it. Changing your password will not change that answer.
Is 1xBet Down? Current Status and Outage Log
The panel below is filled in by our own server. It requests the two main 1xBet addresses at most once every 10 minutes and keeps a log of every time the answer changes between responding and not responding.
Live Status
Our server requests these 1xBet addresses at most once every 10 minutes and shows the last answer. Last check: 12 Oct 2026, 11:52 UTC.
Change Log
- 1xbet.com: watching started, redirects to a block page (HTTP 302)
- 1xbet.co.za: watching started, not responding (HTTP 403)
The log keeps every switch between "responding" and "not responding", newest first; the first line for each address is when we started watching it. A green light only means the server answered from our location, not that login, games or payments work for you.
How to read it
A green row means the server answered our request from our location. It does not prove that login, games or payments work for you. A redirect to a block page is shown in red with its own label, and any other redirect counts as an answer, so always read the HTTP number next to the name.
On 06 Oct 2026 our server received a 403 with a Cloudflare challenge page from 1xbet.co.za, and a 302 redirect to a block page from 1xbet.com. In plain terms: a 403 means the site refused to serve that request, and a redirect to a block page means the site decided not to open for that connection. For a player that means the login form never appears, or appears and then fails. Your password is fine, and resetting it will not help.
Be careful with links
If the site is not opening, do not trust messages, ads or forum posts that promise a new login address. Open 1xBet only from a link you trust, and ask live chat if you are unsure.
What Happens to Your Bet if You Are Logged Out Mid-Session
Being thrown out in the middle of a game is stressful, but live casino and sportsbook platforms generally follow the same logic. 1xBet's own rules are in its terms and in your account, so treat the points below as general background, not as a promise.
Settled bets stand. A bet that was accepted before you lost the connection is already recorded on the server. A disconnection does not cancel it, and a win is credited as it would have been.
Live rounds finish on the server. In a live casino game, the dealer and the game provider's system keep going. If you were in a round, it is normally played out and settled with the bets you had already placed, whether or not you are still on screen.
After you get back in, open your bet history or game history before you do anything else, and compare the last entries with what you remember. If something looks wrong, contact live chat and quote the round ID or bet ID, the game name and the time. If a lockout hits during a bonus period, our welcome bonus guide explains why the terms matter.
Screenshot the last screen you can see. It often shows the round ID that support will ask for.
1xBet Login Not Working: Fixes by Symptom
Find the line that matches what you see and try the first fix before the second one.
Forgot password
Use the Forgot password button on the login form. A reset link is sent by email or text message. Use the newest message only.
Wrong ID or email
The login field takes your email or your account ID. Try the other one, and look in your inbox for the welcome message that shows the ID.
2FA code not arriving
Codes come by email or SMS. Check spam, signal and airplane mode, wait a few minutes, and request only one new code at a time.
Locked after attempts
Stop typing guesses. Reset the password through the link, then contact live chat if the lock is still there after a while.
Page not loading
Check the status panel above, then try another network and another browser. A blank page or endless spinner is usually network or site side.
App or APK problems
1xBet's Android app is an APK from the mobile site, and there is no 1xBet iOS app in the South African App Store. Update or reinstall it from the official page only.
Logged out repeatedly
Check the date and time on your phone, allow cookies for the site, and look at the session list in your account if you can reach it. A new device or network may ask you to confirm again.
No access to your email or number
If the email or phone on the account is lost, you cannot receive links or codes. Tell live chat early, and have your account ID ready.
If Nothing Worked: Contacting Support
1xBet offers live chat and Telegram support. Use chat from the website or the app when you can open it, and Telegram when the site itself will not load. Describe the problem in two or three lines and add the details below.
- Account ID
- The number from your welcome message or the account page
- Screenshot
- The whole screen with the message, not a cropped line
- Time of the error
- Date, hour, device and network in use
Never send your password or a full card number in chat. Anyone who asks for them is not support. The about page explains how we check the pages on this site.
Checklist Before You Start Playing
Two minutes on this once you are back in makes the next lockout less likely.
- Save the ID - write your account ID somewhere other than the browser.
- Update contact details - an email and phone you still use.
- Switch on two-factor codes - they protect the balance if the password leaks.
- Use a password manager - one unique, long password for 1xBet.
- Keep the app current - install updates from the official source only.
- Check your limits - set deposit, loss and session limits, or read our self-exclusion guide.
Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over and should stay entertainment. If it stops feeling that way, the NRGP helpline on 0800 006 008 is free and open 24 hours a day.
1xBet Login: Quick Answers
Why does 1xBet say my password is wrong when I am sure it is right?
The usual causes are a stored password that is an older version, a different login type (email versus account ID), a capital letter turned on by the phone keyboard, or a space copied in with the password. Type it in the visible field, then use Forgot password if it still fails.
Can I log in with my email address instead of my account ID?
On 1xBet's international site the login field accepts an email address or an account ID together with the password. Use whichever one you registered with. If one does not work, try the other before you reset anything.
The reset link or the code never arrives. What now?
Check spam and promotions folders, make sure the phone has signal, and wait a few minutes before asking for a second code, because each new request can cancel the previous one. If nothing arrives, the email or number on the account may no longer be yours, and live chat can help you confirm the account.
Is 1xBet down for everyone, or only for me?
Look at the status panel on this page. It shows what our server sees when it requests the 1xBet addresses. If the panel shows a normal answer but your screen does not load, the problem is probably your network, browser or app. See the error codes guide for what each message means.
Will I lose my bet if I am logged out during a game?
Bets that were already accepted stay in place, and a live round normally finishes on the provider's server whether or not you are connected. Log back in, open your bet history and check the result. Your own terms in the account have the final word.
I cannot log in and I want to stop gambling. What can I do?
You can contact 1xBet through live chat and ask about the limits and self-exclusion tools in the account. For free, confidential support in South Africa call the NRGP helpline on 0800 006 008, open 24 hours. Our self-exclusion guide explains the options.
